Last Chance to Enter The Herts Easter Hunt

by Holly Blades

If you're still undecided as to what to do over the Easter break, then why not join in this Easter themed ride - The Herts Easter Hunt. Now in it's 4th year, this well timed early season Sportive has something for all types of rider.

You'll also have the chance to take advantage of the warmer and longer days that are now with us. The choice between 32, 64 and 96 mile routes will either gently ease, or drag you full on into this years cycling season.

There'll be chocolate eggs to indulge on and SportiveUK's usual impressive feed stops will help in keeping your pedals turning, and with a definite spring feel in the air, its a great time to pack away your winter bike and dust down your best bike!

The Medium and Long routes follow spectacular countryside, through villages such as Dane End, Ardeley, Gravely and St Pauls Walden before the Long split heads out West towards Whipsnade Zoo (not quite making it to see the wallabies) and returning to meet the medium route via Studham and Harpenden.

The Medium and Long then have 18 miles to go at this feed stop, where they will head through Burnham Green, Tewin and then finally up through Essenden (and the hill) back to the event HQ where you can enjoy some home made food and chat about the great Easter Sunday you have had.

There'll be plenty of treats on route and a chocolate easter egg to greet you at the finish.

So come and join SportiveUK for the Herts Easter Hunt!

With only a few days to go before registration closes, make sure you get your entries in to avoid disappointment.
