Only 100 Places Left for London Revolution Overnight Camp
by Holly Blades
Sales for the London Revolution have been going really well and only 100 places of the 750 full course places, that include the overnight camp and party, are left.
All in over 1,250 places for the ride have been snapped up and makes the London Revolution on track to the be the premier London sportive event in its first year.
The course runs all the way around London in a full anticlockwise loop of 180 miles. The ride starts at Peruvian Wharf in the Docklands before heading North out through the Ingrebourne Valley, round through Epping Forest and the Lea Valley before rolling through the Chilterns and into Windsor racecourse for the overnight party.
There will be live music and an outdoor cinema as well as all food and camping included for the overnight riders. Everything is taken care of so riders can relax and share a few drinks with mates in the evening.
After a good nights sleep it is then off early in the morning, heading South towards Box Hill (which will have been resurfaced the week before), on to complete a couple of laps of the iconic Herne Hill 1948 Olympic velodrome before crossing over Tower Bridge and back to the start line.
