With the Tour de France in full swing, what better way to experience some of the climbing that the pros are going to be put through in the following weeks - except on local territory.

Bucks Bumps has three routes, with the long route taking in over 6500ft of climbing in 89 miles, the medium route has a modest 4500ft over 55 miles and the short 2500ft over 33 miles.

With climbs such as Whiteleaf hill (as featured in the 100 greatest climbs book) as well as experiencing the exhilarating descent of Kop Hill, there'll be lots to talk about on your return over a cup of tea, before you head home and watch the pros tackle arguably the hardest climbing stage on The Tour.

With 2 days left to enter online, we'll be closing pre-entries on Friday at 7pm. Don't panic though if you miss this deadline, you can still enter on the day.

Starts/Finshes at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
