St Helena Hospice is calling all cyclists to join in the annual hospice Cycle Ride event on Sunday 2nd October. The cycle ride is open to all ages and abilities with four routes to choose from making it fun for all the family to join in - 5, 24, 56 or 100 miles - all starting and finishing at Monks Farm in Dedham and taking cyclists on roads through beautiful countryside.

Wendy Marcon, Events and Challenges Manager, said: "We welcome all the amazing cyclists out there to join us on our fantastic Cycle Ride for St Helena Hospice. We are encouraging people to register now as it's always a very popular event among cyclists at all levels and a lot of fun."

Cycle Ride is a great way to keep fit and support the hospice at the same time as family and friends can sponsor you to take on the challenge. "Whether you enjoy a fun family bike ride, a team building challenge or like to pedal solo, get on your bike for St Helena Hospice!"

The hospice is also looking for volunteer marshals to be stationed along the route to help the event go safely and smoothly and cheer on the cyclists. Register now at sthelenahospice.org.uk/cycleride16

For further information or to volunteer to be a marshal on the day please email events@sthelenahospice.org.uk or call 01206 931468.
