Robert Sinclair, Chief Executive Officer, Bristol Airport said: "We are delighted to have teamed up with KLM to support The Tour Series when it visits Bath on 20 May 2017.  To have such a high profile sporting event taking place in the centre of Bath will provide the opportunity for race-goers or visitors to the event to enjoy the attractions and hospitality Bath and the surrounding area has to offer.  We are particularly excited about the new Love 2 Cycle Sportive which will travel through the Chew Valley very near to the airport."

Councillor Tim Warren (Conservative, Mendip), Leader of the Council, said: "It's great to welcome Bristol Airport and KLM on board as sponsors for the Tour Series once again. This builds on a successful partnership we've developed over the past few years." Alastair Grant - Tour of Britain Commercial Director, said: "We are thrilled to hear that the Council's partnership with Bristol Airport and KLM will continue, helping to spread the word far and wide about the race in May, and the new sportive."
