The Rides Form Part Of The World Alternative Games

"These are two fantastic events for cycling enthusiasts, and they will be held during a great festival of fun in our town that is the World Alternative Games, and to be a part of that will make the effort worthwhile," said Neil Delafield of Red Kite Events.

He continued: "Our mountain bike challenge - one day of superb riding around a beautiful area of Wales - is just £12, and our Road Challenge is just £10, which is fantastic value for such a big organised ride, and includes free camping."

The Devil’s Road Challenge, like the MTB route offers two options, but these are 50 and 80 miles. There is heaps of climbing available in the quiet and stunning lanes of Mid Wales. More good service in the form of feedstops, mechanics and medics are on the route with a fully signposted route. The free camping gives you a chance to ride and sleep under the Welsh skies. Entry is only £10 if booked before 31st July.
