Ride to the Horns

We after 4 years will slightly modify the routes for 2012 to avoid some of the busier "A" roads during the later part of the course; however the classic climbs from previous years will remain.

Again there will be the very poplar family ride around a short 7 mile route starting and finishing at the Village Green

The Stag Ride will be changed to 2 separate different laps with the routes merging to experience some of the long route climbs

As we go to press details of the Village activities for 2012 have yet to be finalised but we are assured that bigger and better things are planned.

Please note there is no car parking available in the village but free parking is available on the edge of the village manned by the local scouts who would appreciate a donation for their efforts.

Registration will again be available on the Saturday 30th June between 4.00-6.00pm and again on Sunday July 1st from 07.00 in the Mentmore Village Hall.

Entries are restricted to 500 and we sold out in 2011 so early entry is advised.

Start times will be

• 08.00-08.30 for the Ride to the Horns
• 08.45-09.30 for the Stag Ride
• 10.30-12.00 for the Family Ride
