K-Extreme Ltd are proud to launch Etape Cymru on the 9th October, 2011. This event is only the second fully closed road event within the UK and has the full support of the Wrexham Council, Denbighshire Council, Welsh Assembly Government and North Wales Tourism.
Etape Cymru is a 100 mile route (inc. over 6000ft of climbing) of stunning scenery which starts and finishes in Wrexham and passes through the Clwydian Range (An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
The route takes in several well known climbs such as:

Horseshoe Pass
The Shelf
The Garth
Worlds End
Etape Cymru is done in partnership with British Cycling with all entrants not only receiving a goodie bag (inc. a gilet RRP. £20) but free British Cycling Ride membership (worth £24).
Existing British Cycle Members benefit from a discounted entry fee of just £53
