OrchidCycle Essex caters for all fitness levels, ages and cycling abilities with 20, 40, and 75 mile rides and atimed cyclo-sportive 100 mile event for the experienced distance cyclist. With family entertainment throughout the day and a beer tent and BBQ for post ride relaxation, why not bring the family along and make a day of it.
Carefully chosen routes undulate through scenic countryside passing small towns and villages including Bicknacre, Hatfield Peveral, Witham, Audley End, Thaxted, Chipping Ongar and Kelvedon Hatch.
All riders will be sent a "Rider Pack" including golden rules of the road, training workout and fundraising packs with sponsor forms.
Orchid exists to save mens lives from prostate, testicular and penile cancers through pioneering research and raising awareness of these diseases. The entry fee only covers the costs of the ride, so please ask friends and family to sponsor you generously. We ask that riders either raise a minimum sponsorship of £25 per person or if you would prefer not to raise sponsorship then we would ask that you make a donation on entry of £15 per person which will be treated as a gift and eligible for gift aid.
