HQ is the newly re-built Stourport Sports Club with plenty of free secure parking and full changing facilities, showers, toilets, bar and refreshment area. There will be 3 groups, the Gold Standard leaving first at 09.30, followed by the Silver Standard, and finally the Bronze. The route goes SSW through Stourport taking the undulating A451 to Gt Witley where it joins the A443 Leominster road. Climbing over Abberley Hill and travelling west to Newnham Bridge where the mainly flat road follows the Teme valley, passing Tenbury Wells and continuing to Wooferton where there is a right and left to cross the A49. Riders take the B4362 and then the B4361 south through Luston and into Leominster, where they turn for home with a short stretch on the A49, then it's right for Kimbolton and Leysters where the A4112 climbs gradually before plunging down to the Teme valley and Tenbury Wells. Crossing the river the outward route is retraced from here going east with the climbs of Stockton Bank and Abberley to tackle, then it's pretty well downhill all the way to Stourport and the finish at the event HQ.
