Some of the country's top professional and amateur riders are expected to converge on Lincoln for two days of gruelling non-stop action and tough competition. The weekend kicks off on the Saturday with the first edition of the Lincoln Grand Prix Sportive, followed on the Sunday by the 57th edition of the Lincoln Grand Prix.
Choose from three routes - 92,75 or 55 miles - through quiet picturesque lanes in the challenging Lincolnshire Wolds. Both routes finish with the cobbled climb of Michaelgate in the centre of historic Lincoln, giving riders the opportunity to experience the type of riding the pros face the following day.
The 55 mile route takes in less of the hills of the Wolds and is perfectly suited to those new to cyclo-sportives.
