Start and finish is at Castle Combe motor racing circuit with a clockwise route taking riders down the Cotswold escarpment to the North of Bath and Bristol before taking in the Classic Severn Bridge crossing. The half way point for the short ride and the first stop for the longer route is in the grounds of the picturesque Chepstow Castle on the Banks of the River Wye. The Long route then goes through St Briavals and the wonderful Forest of Dean before a 2nd stop in the Gloucester area where the route takes a southerly turn alongside the River Severn prior to climbing Frocester Hil back up onto the Cotswolds before dropping back to Castle Combe. The shorter route returns via different roads across Inglestone Common and climbs up to Hawkesbury Upton and passes the famous Badminton estate before returning to the motor racing circuit. Well stocked feeds, electronic chip timing, NEG outriders, full mechanical support 1st aid and broom wagon on a well signed route.
