The Prince’s Trust is bringing its most popular mass participation fundraising event, Palace to Palace, to the West Midlands on Sunday 20th May 2012. We have spent considerable time carefully planning this beautiful and unique route through the heart of historic Warwickshire to ensure you have a truly unforgettable experience. The ride begins in the awe-inspiring grounds of 1000 year-old Warwick Castle and will take you by Kenilworth Castle, one of the most impressive and important ruins in England and through the beautiful old villages of the Warwickshire countryside. After 45 miles the event will finish on the peacock lawn in front of Warwick Castle where you’ll celebrate your fabulous achievement at our ‘End Village’ with family and friends, refreshments and your Palace to Palace medal. All money raised from the event will help change disadvantaged young lives in the West Midlands. 1,000 cyclists will be taking part in Palace to Palace, which is not a race and is aimed at cyclists over the age of 16 and of all abilities who want to take part in a challenging but fun event where they get to cycle through prestigious locations. Registration is £35 per person and we encourage people to sign up as individuals or in teams, and commit to raising £45 in sponsorship for The Prince's Trust - that's £1 per mile.
