The whole event is a two day event with three mass participation rides taking place on the Saturday with the event HQ at Five Rivers Leisure Centre Salisbury. The routes go North up the beautiful Avon Valley and beyond depending on what distance you intend to cover. The long route takes in Marlborough after a brief incursion into the Pewsey Vale after climbing past the highest hill in Wiltshire. It then takes an Easterley direction before crossing the in Southerley direction over Inkpen Beacon to the second stop at Andover the home of Twinings. The middle 60 mile route crosses the Salisbury Plain and passes Tidworth barracks before joining the long route at the tea stop in Andover when both routes make there way South via the Test valley towards Salisbury. The roads used are quiet offering stunning views of the Wiltshire and Hampshire countryside with some tough climbs without the event being a complete "sufferfest" of climbing. The event village promises to offer an abundance of activity for those taking part in the short family ride with Go Ride activities and numerous Tea related activities provided by Twinings. The events will be timed, with an official photographer out on the course to capture those important action shots. Tea stops will have medical support and mechanical back up just in case needed. The event will also have NEG and Medi Bike outriders to provide further support along the fully signposted route.
