Chiltern Hundred Challenge

This is a never a dull moment ride - intense uphill efforts followed by stunning views and cracking descents. 21 hills for the Gran Fondo so check your brakes before you come! Take the virtual ride on the website. Routes fully signed on quiet wide roads. Route has been comprehensively risk assessed with safety notices prior to perceived risk locations for all 3 routes. Maximum of 1450 entrants for 2012 across the 3 rides. The best en-route choice of refreshements, included in price, of any UK sportive. Choice of refreshments en-route will be listed on the website shortly before the 27 May 12 - so you can plan your refuelling strategy for the ride. Additional liquids stop if hot for Gran & Medio Fondo. Each rider gets a map, route instructions, transponder and emergency phone number. Rider release follows BC best practice.
