Choose from two routes - 100 or 54 miles - both of which are set to challenge even the toughest competitors. There are short steep climbs and hard riding throughout although both routes have some easier sections which allow riders the satisfaction of a good average speed. The 50 mile route is challenging but achievable for those just setting out in the world of cyclo-sportives. CHALLENGING CHARITY CYCLING EVENT,STARTING IN THE EXOTIC CITY OF MARRAKECH AT 495M, THE ROUTE CLIMBS THROUGH THE HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS TO THE SKI RESORT OF OUKAÏMEDEN (OUKA) AT 2624M, AN ALTITUDE GAIN OF SOME 2129M. THE OUKA “MONSTER” IS BIGGER IN ALTITUDE GAIN THAN ANY OF THE CLASSIC CLIMBS IN THE TOUR DE FRANCE. TWO COURSES OF 60KMS AND 140KMS.
