The Braveheart Ride

The Braveheart Ride is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute directly to the development of Scotland's future cycling champions. All proceeds raised from the event go to up and coming Scottish cycling talent.The Braveheart Fund provides financial assistance to 10 - 15 riders each year enabling them to train and compete at their highest level within the sport.

Downland Autumn Sportive

The 5th Downland Cycles Autumn Sportive. Wind down your Sportive season with a ride around the lanes of Kent. Up and over the downs, through woodland and over the Kentish levels and hills. Choose from 110 miles or 110km. Downlands Spring Sportive early in April was a big success and sold out well in advance.

Wiggle Super Series Devils Punch Bowl Sportive

The last Sportive in the 2011 Wiggle Super Series is a great way to end your 2011 season, before the winter kicks in! Starting close to the easy to access Devils Punch Bowl and from which the sportive gets it name. The course weaves through the scenic roads between the North and South Downs, looping around the stunning Devils Punch Bowl before heading up to the challenging North Downs briefly and then returns South to Hollycombe Steam Collection, which is the event Head Quarters.

LBRCC Reliability Ride

Two routes on the day, a long ride (60 miles) and a short ride (40 miles). A varied terrain including the tough but mercifully short climbs of Bow Brickhill and the Crong. Mostly quiet lanes with little traffic. Fully waymarked route. Route Maps and GPX files on the website

Colomba Chemo Classic

A late autumn charity ride in the beautiful northern dales in aid of Cancer Research. Last November 155 riders lined up alongside top British pros Geraint Thomas, Ben Swift, Alex Dowsett, Ian Stannard and Adam Blyth for the 65 mile Colomba Chemo Classic to raise over £4000 for Cancer Research. This year the aim is to raise even more with the 2011 Colomba Chemo Classic on Saturday, 12 November 2011.

RideIt! Biggin Hill

This hugely popular cycling area never fails to come up trumps. Exploring the North Downs you can expect classic cycling terrain with some great climbs and rolling hills. We offer you 2 days of cycling enjoyment to choose from with Mountain Bike riding on the Saturday and Road Sportive on Sunday. With different route lengths on offer the RideIt! series is for everyone who fancies getting more from their cycling without the hassle of organising the route.
