Hi there, I know this is an old post but I cant believe no one has replied to your question. I have done Novi Colli twice and cant recommend it more. The start town is in Cesenatico, Pantanis birthplace, and alot of cyclist stay in Riccione which is the prettiest place to stay. Forget Rimini as that is busy and ugly. Go to any of the bike hotels in Riccione, Hotel Dory or Belvedere to name just two and they have ride maps showing region and grade of ride. Some really hilly and some coastal easy ones. a trip to St LEO near San Marino is a must as its a castle on a hill where you can get a coffee in cobblestone square. Or a ride to top of San Marino for the incredible views back towards the sea. You will Love it there...... Toby
