You seem to have missed the most important event from the April Calendar, Bealach Beag on the 18th April. The lil sister of the biggest, best and most challenging sportive this country has to offer, Bealach Mor in September.

A 9hr drive, finding accommodation and registering the ride is far from simple. The ride may only appear to be 44miles, but that includes Bealach na Ba and 21 other wee bumps in the road, which are stunning and with no cars set in glorious countryside where the weather changes from hour to hour.

I expect this is a minor oversight, but with minimal entries available it may have been a deliberate ploy to keep this gem a secret, thanks and well done.
