Just a week after the Tour de France hits English shores, Southern Sportive's next event, The Reigate Rouleur, rolls out across the lanes of Surrey and Kent.

The July 13th event starts from Reigate College, flowing through the North Downs and out towards Kent Weald around Sevenoaks and Hever Castle. The beautiful, 'Garden of England' route is well paced, flowing and balanced, easing you into your day with it's early miles providing a perfect leg stretcher, before delivering you into a deceptively hilly mid section that set's the biggest of the day's challenges. From there, it's a long and fast run to the finish back through the heart of some truly stunning countryside. It all adds up to a great summer ride!

As usual with Southern Sportive events, you'll get the very best level of support. Their route marking is scrupulous and always easy to follow, motorbikes and mechanical support vehicles will roam the route to keep riders moving and on track, and well stocked support stations give you a chance for a breather and refuel. Rider timing is handled by Southern Sportive's in house system, ticking your time up on screen at the finish the instant you cross the line.

Local support is lining up behind the event too. Reigate store Maison du Velo and Ash Vale based Geared Up Cycles, have confirmed that they will be at the event with trade stands, as well as offering mechanical support out on the course. Rolling Dynamics have also that they will be offering Wattbike try out sessions on site - a great opportunity to warm up and cool down and test your fitness on the most advanced fitness machine, under expert guidance. And to help you keep those muscles in peak condition on the day, FS Physiotherapy will be there too, offering 15 min massage and physio sessions from just £5.

Entry is excellent value at £19-£21 depending on distance, but places are strictly limited to 600, so don't miss out. Advance entry is open until 5pm on Thursday 10th July. For full details and to book your place, visit
