Triathlon Holidays specialise in delivering triathlon training and cycling holidays in scenic locations. The week-long holiday will be at Triathlon Holidays' base at Macot la Plagne in the French Alps.

The prize includes airport transfers, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals with wine, afternoon tea each day, guided cycling across famous cols such as the Col De Galibier and Alpe D'Huez and mechanical support.

The lucky winner will be picked at random and announced on Monday 7 April.

The Riser, now into its fourth year, will roll out of the picturesque grounds of Boundary Oak School on Sunday 6 April. Taking in some of the best climbs in Hampshire, this early season classic is a great way to kick-start your sportive season - offering riders stunning panoramas of the South Downs and Solent Way.

To give riders a little incentive to finish the Riser as quickly as possible, event organisers will be screening live coverage of the Tour of Flanders in the registration hall. On completing the ride entrants will be able to grab lunch - included in the entry fee - relax and watch the pros thrash it out on the cobbles in Belgium.

As with all rides organised by Cyclofanatic Events, breakfast, tea, coffee and lunch is included as part of the competitive £25 entry fee. Riders can choose from one of two routes - 46 or 84 miles - and full mechanical back up will be provided by the excellent Urge Cycles

Bookings for the Riser will close on Monday 31 March. For more information, visit
