JAN 7-8th, FEB 4-5th and MAR 3-4th - Arnside, Lancashire

We are proud to announce our inaugural 2 day camps targeted at road cyclists looking to challenge themselves next season. These campx will be open to riders of all ages and abilities. Learn how to maximize your road cycling experience.

Our performance camps are suited to a full range of cyclists, who wish to learn, train and prepare for a major challenge or goal in 2012 (Gran Fondo, Iron Man, Road Racing or Time Trialling). The camp will be tailored to your own goals and cycling experience.

The camp also offers a 2-3 hour  group ride, each morning, on the best local roads that Lancashire and Cumbria have to offer. The group ride will provide support vehicles carrying food, clothes, spares and our coaches. Each rider will have the opportunity to speak to our coaches, one on one, about their goals for 2012 and meet some of our current athletes.

The afternoons are devoted to improving your knowledge with our cycling performance seminars.

One of the most important things to setting up a cycling season is starting with a solid foundation of riding and knowlege. This is what we provide at our Performance Cycling Camps! Set your season up for success!

In order to provide a world-class training camp experience, we will be limiting the numbers of participants in our camps. This ensures that we can provide excellent one on one service!

Cost £75** for the weekend including the coaching seminars and group rides.

** not including accomodation or meals.

Our headquarters are based at Arnside YHA. This is the start of the guided cycle rides/runs and the location of the coaching seminars. It also provides deluxe bed and breakfast at a discounted rate for Mercury athletes. Please click here for more information.
