This was the 5th time I had made the journey from North Devon for this event and is still one of my favorites. The main climb this year was not as much of a challenge but that maybe down to a lack of snow compared to last year or the winter training has gone well. Can't wait till next year. A great event, with a reasonably well thought out course that probably provided just the right amount of difficulty this early in the season for most people. Friendly, not to hard on the legs, great feed station and bacon baps at the end - A winning recipe for an early season event. See you next year!
