- Excellent signage;
- Nice hilly route on quite local lanes;
- Very friendly staff;
- The HQ was at Loughborough University so had superb facilities, parking etc.

- First feed station was a man with a van at the side of the road though the second was signed and staffed as one would expect;
- British Cycling Grading was wrong, the 100 km was (according to Strava) 150 not 65; the 160 km was 280 and not 160.

Great event and I would definitely recommend it to others. Beautiful countryside, mostly quiet country roads. Challenging course, particularly the last 20km. I agree with some other comments I have read about having more equipment at the feed stations: I was one of the people struggling to inflate my tyre with a hand pump. Thank you to those who stopped to help. It has convinced me to get a CO2 inflator. All officials / helpers were very friendly. Signs were great, difficult to go wrong.

Having entered this one for a second year running, it is one of the best Sportives. Very well organised, have enjoyed myself every time I enter. Great route, some great paths that I hadn't riden before, and great for showing people a more beautiful side of leicester by bike. Only negative would be Feed Stations, they need to have a few more savoury options, also a few basic tools (or larger ones that are difficult to carry) at each one that could be used if people hadn't brought they're own, for example I saw two guys using a hand pump for a rear tyre, which they couldn't get to a good enough pressure, so just a foot pump at a feed station could have helped massively. Other than that couldn't fault it.

This was my first sportive event coming back to cycling after a long break from my early teens. I can't think of anything that the organisers could have done that would have made the event any better ?? The route was scenic and a good rolling terrain with some nice quiet lanes to ride along with other riders and have a chat and meet new people ! Then when the hills arrived ( and there was a few !!!) you just looked for a back wheel ! The finish line was nice and busy with spectators giving a good applause for every rider that crossed the line ! Also the T-Shirt and goody bag was a nice touch too !( still wearing it ) so overall this was a great day out and worth every penny for the entry fee ! I will certainly be on the Autumn sportive ! My next sportive will have a lot to live upto going by Titanium cycling events standards ! 10/10 thank you

Brilliant event from start to finish. HQ facilities were excellent and all the people involved in running the event were so friendly and helpful. Feed stations were stocked all the time with lots of variety and wonderful cake.Did the same event last year which caused us a few problems with signage being incorrect or moved but this year the signage was great with plenty of markers to make sure we were on the correct route.
The course (160k) was through some lovely places with a good mixture of hills and flats and some fast down hills. To top it all the weather was the icing on the cake.
Really really enjoyed the day and will certainly do another one from Titanium Cycling.
Huge thank you from me to all those involved in the running and organising of the event. 10/10.
My only very minor complaint (and this is something that applies I suspect to all sporting events with timings) is that it is a pity that you can't stop the clock when at a feed station so that the time on the official time chip was your moving time. I appreciate this would probably be impossible to achieve though so I am glad I have a Garmin Edge to give me my total moving time. This comment in no way though distracts from the brilliant event that was the Tour of the National Forest. In summary the best sportive I have had the pleasure of cycling.
