Well organised, good signage and marshalling. Good course mostly on quiet country lanes. Sufficient feed stops, plenty of food before and after (including a free BBQ). Massage and changing facilities.

Looking forward to next year :-)

The total amount of climbing was way out, my garmin recorded 2257m on the 104 mile route not the advertised 1500m 50% out.
Facilities were good but no energy gels or energy drinks for such a long sportive

The best organised ride I have been so far. Lots of food at begining, during and at the end of the event. Well sign posted with stewards at main juncitions. what would have helped was for the firstt signage for the split of the fun and 100 miles sportive was to remind the riders which split was for which ride, but all in all a fantastic event and would really recomend it to other riders.

Great day out for my first Sportive.
Personally had no problems at the 100km/100mile split as it was signed clearly and Marshalls were loud in their instructions (Left for the 100miles/Right for the 100km etc.)

Excellent, professionally run event. A little hectic at initial signon - but this was the first time the event had run so forgive them somewhat. Escorted group start for around 4 miles including closed roads was perfect. Great route and beutiful scenery. Will definitely do it again !.

The event itself was brilliantly organised, with an amazing amount of free stuff at the beginning, feed stops and end.

For the guy who said there were energy snacks and gels...dude are you blind?

There were unlimited free Rideshots and several varieties of energy bars available on the tables at the beginning, and even though some people were over-greedy, upon my return to th HQ there were still some left on the tables along with the free bottled water and bananas. I stocked up at the beginning and had stuff left over..but I had brought my own gels with me, anyone who relies on the organisers for these is plain naive.

The route signage and marshalling was brill, as was the escorted ride out. I found the course brutal, but I am not the best of climbers, but it was certainly interesting and entertaining.

The only things I have as a negative about the event was that I found the website lacking in info post-race to the point that finding the results and photo's a little tricky, but having spoken to the organiser this will be sorted next year with a bespoke site anyway.

Best sporitve I have done...period!
