First full sportive of this kind, never ridden over 60 miles before. This was tough, with the hills and the heat, but very very enjoyable and delighted to have finished in a 'decent' time (for me)!
Evrything was brilliantly organised, the only slight negative I would make, was the second feed stop could have been a bit sooner. It was very much needed for the Full route, however I guess you are balancing this with riders who have done the mid and short route too, so only a very minor point.
Overall amazing experience. Thnk you and all the team!

Excellent event. My first ever sportive. Only slight problem was a 2 mile diversion caused by a slightly (IMHO) confusing junction, which caught two of us out. To be fair, that could have been down to user error though, so not a huge problem at all.
Staff were brilliant - very friendly and knowledgeable. Feed stations were good, nicely spaced and well stocked.
I know the area from my work, but have never cycled there, despite living quite close. The route was very good. Challenging (some of the hills caused me to stop briefly for a quick rest!) with some lovely views.
Participants were very good - nice and friendly - although a couple spoiled it by jumping red lights in Merstham on the way back. Not something the organisers have control over, just a bad reflection on those cyclists.
It was blisteringly hot yesterday - 31C+, so it was a struggle getting round, but you can't hold the organisers responsible for that! We've been waiting a long time for summer this year so it seems churlish to complain!
Great support from Cyclosport prior to the event too. Martin was particularly helpful via e-mail.
Definitely be signing up for other events in future.
Thanks to all involved.

Good event, let down by poor signage / course design. Seemed as though a significant number of riders missed the same turn reducing the course from 139km to 114km. I had a goal time and was on track to get it, so felt very flat to end up with a somewhat pointless result.

Facilities at the start / finish were good. It was very pleasant sitting in the sun, music playing, a big bowl of chilli and a cup of tea to refuel.

Absolutely superb. Sportives don't get much better. I'm slightly biased as my club, Redhill CC, were supporting this event in a number of ways, not least pretty girls in Redhill uniforms at the feed stop!! The early morning weather was appalling and many people stayed in bed but we had 38 riders in all three distances. They had a great day as the sun came out for most of the ride. We won 12 Golds, 17 Silvers and 5 bronzes proving that Club cyclists train better and go faster. In spite of wet roads and gravel in places, we had no accidents or dramas, just excellent cycling and lots of smiling faces at the finish.

Well run and friendly event. Marshalls and people at feed stops etc very helpful. Thank you to the two riders who stopped to donate me spare tubes. You are forever in my debt!
