Fantastic ride in beautiful countryside. This is the second year I have done this ride and will do it again next year. I marked it down for toilet facilities, limited availability at the event HQ and only available at the first feed stop on the standard route - not sure about the epic. I didn't see any outriders so again marked down slightly as I couldn't really comment. Only other slight complaint and it's really picky is the quality of the goody bad. A gel, a two month out of date magazine, one tyre lever and a poor quality water bottle.

Overall though, cant fault the organisation, fantastic team, well signed route and spectacular scenery. This is a must do event.

Rode this last year and enjoyed it. Lovely scenic course, best described as gently undulating, no big climbs but a strong headwind made up for that. Good feed stations and very friendly folks at the HQ.Parking was quite tight I recall but a great goody bag at the end.

Only question for me was the rating on the elevation which the website quotes as 675m which I would be amazed if it was. Having ridden the Shakespeare recently which is rated at 700m elevation and is frankly a different proposition altogether. ~But would definitely do again.

I actually started so late after a mechanical that I had to drive to a bike store to get fixed that I saw few other riders but it's a well organised event and a lovely part of the world

Brilliant - would definitely do it again, preferably on a windless day.

ONE THING I'd like to see is a marker saying "FOOD / DRINK station 2 miles"... I was desperate for the 60ish mile station (ran out of water...) and just wanted some reassurance it wasn't too far to go... nearly stopped at a pub for some water :-)

Once again, Wiggle does sportive right. This was a flatter run than most, and probably because of the Southern Sportive the next day, it was not heavily attended. Nonetheless, it was a great and beautiful ride, a nice break in the climb-heavy sportive season. It was not completely flat, of course, and the wind coming from all directions still made things interesting. The first feed station could be better served by placing it later. Otherwise, it was very nice day out with Wiggle.
