This is the fourth time I've attended this event and it's fair to say that it's become a staple sportive for me. That's how good it is. The scorchingly hot weather couldn't have been more different to the previous years torrential downpour. Plus having not got in as much training as usual surprised myself at how well I did. As with all Sportive HQ events this one is a winner and I would recommend anyone to give it a go. Well done to Matt & Co for organising a great Sportive & here's to the next one!

I rode the Ross Tiger 25 mile Sportive with my Wife, Son,and his Son, Daughter and her Son and Daughter. Our Son is an experienced rider, as am I to a lesser extent, but the rest of the group weren't; especially the children. From the beginning of the ride until the end we had a road marshall at the front and rear of our group. Their attetion to detail was exceptional both in terms of road safety and suggesting short stops to ensure the younger members of the group didn't become over tired.

We weren't expecting this support and we did have a strict plan in place to ensure the safety of us all, but it was very reassuring to know that the event organisers had identified us as being potentially "at risk" and taken steps to minimise that risk.

As always, a superb Sportive and on this occasion truly exceptional!

A great event. I enjoyed taking part. A few more hills on the 58 mile route would have been good as there was very little climbing to do.
The food stop was a little limited with just one loo and no bananas. The powder to add to the water to fill the water bottle, had no label so we didn't know what we were putting in.
Attractive countryside, especially for the first 30 miles.
I had to gueaa the response to the question about support as I didn't use any.

My first sportive at 61 years. What an exceptionally good day. The course was difficult enough to offer a challenge but not too difficult to be unachievable. Well organised throughout. I've got the bug, will be doing more and be back next year for this one. Thanks for a cracking day.

This is the first sportive I've ever done. Everyone was friendly and the cyclists were courteous, for example, I stopped to have a drink and anyone who passed asked if everything was okay, which was great.
