First cycle event, from a long background of road and cross country running races. Couldn't fault it, well done to all the marshals all the way round. Look forward to next year. https://concretefullerton.com/

This was my first sportive. I thought it was great, beautiful course, well organised and great weather. My only gripe was that there was no food at the first foodstop :-[

Fantastic and challenging event, very well organised and a credit to the island.
The scenery is spectacular and the hills are something else.
Definitely will do again next year, although will probably try and stay longer to go back and spend time at the different spots on the island.

Fantastic event with a lovely course, much better than the etape caledonia.

One small niggle, my girlfriend ran a half marathon whilst waiting for me to complete the short course. She arrived back short of water and suffering with the heat, but none of the organisers even offered her a bottle of water or sugary snack.

Other than that great event, pleased to have a meal at the end, too.

Fantastic event, I would move the first feed stop on the long run to a flattish section though.

As someone travelling from the mainland to the event, information needed about the event was not available prior to travel and therefore preparation and packing was not helped . Things like a details of the climbs (length/percentages), number and location of water/feed stops and registration were not available until a day before the event. Much too late!

Well organised. Nice touch at the end was a ticket for a meal at a local pub of pasta. Much appreciated.

A bit more climbing than the route map suggests - all fun though :-)
