I really enjoyed the Sportive but what I have noticed is that many of our Sportive's are made to be to hard with some very big hills. I suffer with a chronic back condition and some of the hills on our rides are just to long and steep. It would be great if there could be more rides with approximately 1500 ft of climbing over a distance of say 35 miles.

Looking at the results and medal categories there is a big difference in the percentage of men and women achieving each standard. A case for relaxation of the standards for women maybe? I was also surprised to see that it is necessary to cycle faster in the longer event to get the same standard!

The route of this course is fantastic and the second half is lovely and flat so you can really get the hammer down

Great ride despite the weather but could have done without the Cullompton-Exeter stretch. It's a horrible road and terible road surface with too much traffic. Far better to have diverted through the adjacent villages

A really well thought out first event in the area,.very slick organisation and friendly fellow riders. completely different atmosphere to some of those website supported events.
Will be returning next year.

Cornish Campsite 1 mile away was perfect for the weekend, friendly warden and excellent facilities.

The ride was enjoyable and well marked the classication timings were a bit harsh for the dakota and the opposite on the spitfire. The end was a bit of mish mash as you get back and then had to find your way into the hall minus your bike to collect your medal. Other rides you are met by someone presenting medals which has a better feel. I did feel I could have gone in not having done the ride and claimed a medal. The route itself was on fairly fast moving roads with a good deal of other traffic and negotiating cullompton on a saturday I also saw no put riders or support staff but I enjoyed the ride and will be looking forward to the pruposed 100 miler next year.

Only comment that we had was that we would have liked to see some foc drinks and food at the racecourse (start and finish).
However, winning the first prize in the raffle outweighed this for me personally.
