Great ride which seems to be improving year on year. The finish is great even in pouring rain. The course changes keep it interesting the only small thing I didn't like was stopping after approx 35 miles to have my timing chip swiped may be if the stewards were on the road side it would have made it easier still a great ride though.

Excellent event - good facilities and well equipped feed stations.

The weather spoilt it (which is not your fault) but I must echo the comments about rider behaviour. The littering was disgusting and some of the aggressive riding by big groups is why I now remember why I stopped riding Sportives.

An excellent ride which is well organised. Unfortunately the weather spoiled it slightly this year but the support at the end, as always was worth it.

Well organised event, friendly, enthusiastic and efficient support staff : registration, timing, feed stop and at race HQ.
Was particularly impressed with the rapid and covered registration process, the finish line/ locality and the use of village halls as feed stations.
Good job organisers.

Difficult enough in places to be a challenge but lovely quiet roads and great scenery coupled with good organisation and friendly help made it a great event for a first timer. Definitely a tiny thing and hardly a complaint - more an observation - but it would have been nice to get a tea urn that provided hot water and tea! :)

This was my first ever sportive and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. From start to finish.
The finish on michaelgate was the icing on the cake. A real sense of achievement. I have told plenty of others. May even do the Lincoln mini GP in September. Thanks again for a great day out. Hope to be back next year.

Excellent event, well organised with great staff. Even the weather couldn't spoil the grand experience of charging up the cobbles. Looking forwards to 2014 already.

A great route - and a classic sportive. What could be improved? Well, better timing with feed stops in/out times, more variety at feed stops as previously mentioned eg sandwiches, a better goody bag and A MEDAL would all be welcome. £25 is a lot of money, especially for local riders who can ride the route regularly - we want to support the sportive, but without some improvements as suggested it is getting hard to justify the outlay. Also, visitors to Lincoln should be taking home something a little more tangible than a drinks bottle and dodgy hat! Thanks.
