A fantastic and awesome sportive. I've done quite a few but this is one of only 2 that I plan to complete every year, year in year out without fail. Fantastic Peak District countryside, great climbs, very friendly staff, good atmosphere amongst riders, very good value. All in all just fantastic! The timing chip and the sheer challenge of the course are an addictive mix. I was having a great ride until 70 miles and was set to be well within the top 10 times until Holme Moss (the last big climb!) killed my already jelly legs and I dropped out of the top 10. Gutted and so angry with myself! As such I've already got next year's strategy planned and can't wait to try again. I'll be aiming to make amends and for a very high top 10 finish. All my training is going to be in preparation for this very addictive sportive.
A simply awesome sportive and so well run and organised. If I lived nearer to Glossop I'd join Kinder Velo in a heartbeat.
Top job to all those involved in the organising and running. Keep doing what you're doing!

A superbly organised and run event with professional, yet very friendly support staff across the event. The course was my most challenging ride so far, but so brilliant with tough hills, steep descents and all through fantastic secenery.

Friendly and well organised sportive. Well signed and well marshalled. Not a bad route with some challenging climbs but would have preferred quieter country roads rather than the busy and exposed A roads which attract a lot of fast traffic.

A very well organised event. Great facilities, interesting and enjoyable route and a very friendly cycling club. Complimentary hog roast at the end was a nice touch!

Organisers were friendly and very welcoming. Two great route lengths to choose from. Great value for money, I couldn't recommend the ride highly enough! The climbs were challenging but well worth the effort and the hog roast at the end was just what the doctor ordered. The photo's were included which just adds the little extra. I'm up for it again next year! The weather didn't put me off or put a damper on the ride.

Easily the best sportive I have ever ridden. Head and shoulders above commercial events I have entered. Doing this again. For sure. With knobs on. I've even half-inched the shorter route to use as a training ride. Great value too, proving that you can do electronic timing and a professional event without charging people 40 quid for a goody bag full of rubbish.

My time was wrong by a couple of minutes; I Set of with David Roberston and Sam Griffiths-Jones and got back before they did but my time said otherwise!

Great sportive. The best organised and most friendly I have ridden. Would definatelty ride it again next year. Could possibly do with making it a little longer (say 100 miles). 200 hundred riders was ideal so would suggest keeping with this number.

A well organised event, made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived to leaving for home after a brilliant days riding. The feed stops and Marshalls around the course we're well placed and again friendly. For a 1st event the level of organisation was unbelievable, I can't wait for next year's event. This is definitely a must ride Sportive
