Please note the Epic is very hilly and very tough - a good degree of fitness is required !!

Epic and Challenge routes will leave historic Broughton Castle from 8.00 am. Families on the short local Fun ride will leave from 10.00 am. From midday, there will be something for the returning cyclists and all the family in the picturesque grounds.  Activities include an Off Road Mountain Bike Circuit and competition, Bike Clinics, Punch & Judy, children's fairground rides, as well as a number of games such as Aunt Sally, Bowling for a Pig, and a Coconut Shy!

The Shires Royal Legion Youth Band will parade and play during the afternoon. There will also be music from Radio Horton, charity and craft stalls, as well as lunchtime refreshments and afternoon cream teas. Families are encourage to come along, have a pinic in the caslte grounds and enjoy the day.

Any funds raised from the event will be put towards Rotary and local charities.

Admission and car parking is free.
