Women Only Race Training

* These sessions are aimed at competent female road cyclists new to racing, or with a bit of experience. Good sportive riders, triathletes and TTers welcome. Also Youths/Juniors over  age 14.

 * The goal of the sessions is to help women prepare for 3rd/4th Cat circuit racing.* We will teach you the skills needed for bunch riding and techniques such as cornering, sprinting and race tactics. All geared to helping you feel more confident in race situations.

 * Sessions will include fitness and coach led racing, with measurable progression

.* Get to know a whole group of women planning to race in 2013.

 * The sessions are being led by female coaches, who understand how women tick!

* Dip in or take part in a progressive course. Wednesday mornings or Sundays* Sessions will take place at CYCLOPARK, a dedicated traffic free road circuit.
