Well organised. Good route. Well signed.
In places the road surface was shocking though. It's a surprise there weren't more punctures.
A little disappointed that those registering later were eligible for a High5 pack and those of us that registered early were not.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
In the sunshine it was a great day out.

Fantastic day, weather helped. it was a harder ride than I expected but very satisfying to have done. If the people doing the organising and greeting on the day were volunteers they were fantastic and deserve a big thanks. the event was very well organised and everybody was very pleasant and helpful.

What a splendid day out, great scenery (despite the rain and low cloud), and a very pleasant route. The climbs are iconic, but not especially technical or difficult. And the signage was probably the best I have experienced. Feed station fare was a little basic but I had enough nutrition with me for this not to affect my ride in any way. Great organisation made it thoroughly enjoyable.

Really good event - on a personal scale - tough route (100k) - but a lovely final sweep down into stirling from loch carron!

This has got to be one the only sportives which I have participated in which is so well organised. Everything was fantastic apart from the weather and road conditions, both of which can not be influenced by the organisers. The only minor point, would be the possibility of bringing the last feed station forward a few miles. Overall, a fantastic day out. Well done and thank you to everyone involved!!

the course is fantastic although the roads are a little rough in places. I had no problems but i know a few people broke spokes. In 2011 the orgainisers had to change the route to accommodate the poor road conditions round Loch Katrine, but the course was a great challenge none the less. The organisers are friendly and very helpful and the food stops are very well stocked (the jelly beans really help in getting up Crow Road). A really worth while event to do. Add it to you years goals...

Sportives don't need to have loads of hard climbs to be good. Very professionally run and excellent sportive.
