Extremely well organised event throughout. I have done many sportives and i would rate this as equal to The Tour of Britain stages, but this one was free, which makes it the best by far!!

Everything was spot on and the route was well thought out and virtually traffic free. The feed stations were brilliant with plenty of stock, so thanks to everyone for a great day.

I'm sure Wiggle will do well from it all as word of mouth is a great advertising tool. I have just ordered my new Focus Mares anyway!!

Excellent event, well run very professional, would say that probably a bit early for the organisers, had wasted walk to the Registration because no one at car park was reminding the 10 0r 12 people to remember their helmets. Small matter but hey.

More toilet facilities are required, if you organise an event with 1200 entrants, please please provide more than 2 urinals.......

However, the course was very good, variations around every corner and bend so kept people interested and challenged. Will be back again next year, with a helmet in hand and an empty bladder.

From the very first contact with officials it was clear that they were there to help everyone as much as possible. Reception was very efficient and welcoming. Food stations were manned by very polite and helpful staff and were well stocked.

The weather was perfect, light winds and white clouds even sunshine later. the route could be very exposed if it was windy. Perhaps worth thinking about for following years- a few weeks later may have given time for hedges to bud and provide some shelter.

The route selection was excellent. Some very quiet lanes with great views and lovely villages. Some were surprised that there were hills in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties.

A very enjoyable day and a great start to the year.

Brilliant day out, best ride I have had this year and will come back again next year, the course was very flat and you get what you want out of that by riding as hard as you want and not having hills dictate your pace and exertion. Very well organised and I'd like to thank the people that greeted us in on the return and the six or seven people I sprinted to the finish with, I just didn't want it to stop!

Great event - my first Wiggle and thought the signage, routing and support great. Loved the sign in the sports hall asking cyclists in high heels to remove them. Was dissappointed by some of my fellow riders lack of respect for the countryside; reflected by the number of gel packets scattered along the ride.

I really enjoyed this, my first sportive and with the gently undulating course over quiet lanes in lovely countryside, I have caught the bug. I'm currently trying to sort out my diary around family and work commitments to do another 5 or 6 over the spring/summer/autumn. All very efficiently organised and the general camaraderie amongst the participants, whether experienced cyclists or newbies like me, was great.
The highlight for me was seeing the four deer dashing across the field, then over the road in front of us and then prancing through a neighbouring field - this was on the epic route after the second feed station but before we crossed back over the A14 - there were 3 or 4 others who must have seen the same. The soaring red kites were a majestic sight too.
Roll on my first century!

A message to riders; please do not litter our beautiful countryside with empty gel sachets.

Brilliant. My first sportive and not my last. Really well signposted and nice quiet roads. Agree about the gel packs - just put them in your pocket. Only problem now is which event to choose next.

Very well organized, ticked all boxes, fast course maybe standards a little easy to achieve, you just need to integrate some age standards and you would be there.
An event in Shropshire would give question No 8 (10 out of 10). Have a think about the Welsh Marches.

really well organised event with good signing and the course was very scenic and not to many up hill sections for an early season opener.
