A fantastic event, well organised and a great friendly atmosphere. The ride was challenging, but beautiful and very quite lanes. A real gem of a ride.

Quality of some roads (tracks) was very poor.
The very steep long descent off the highest point was dangerous on a poor road; any oncoming vehicles or farm traffic could have proved fatal.
An excellent day out. Cakes were great!

Excellent event. Cake and food supplies excellent particularly at the first feed station. Perhaps in future a savoury selection could be offered (sandwiches, sausage rolls etc) at the first station. The course this year was slightly harder (bit further and more climbing), personally I found the previous course / descent to Newcastle on Clun more enjoyable, however the alternative course was more suitable for those less experienced riders.

A lovely sportive on some of South Shropshire's lesser-known roads. Really appreciated the gluten-free cake at the stops!

Brilliant route - very well thought out. Really well organised - you can tell the event is put together by very experienced cyclists! Would be a good ride for people new to sportives due to the high level of support. Many thanks to the organisers.

the information we received before the event was really informative and useful. On the day, the race was well organised and the route was well signposted. An enjoyable day.

Tougher course than I expected but great ride overall. Personally I would have liked some High 5 powders (or such like) available at the food stops and also the signage in Ludlow, to get to the finish, I either missed or wasn't up. Small points to an otherwise excellent, well organised and well supported event.

This was an excellent event. A very well thought out route that was challenging enough to 'feel' that we had done it, but not so much that we would say " never again." I'll be back next year for sure.

A great event that sadly did not get the support it deserves.
Well done Pete and the team.

Great course throughout beautiful countryside on quiet roads. Definitely a challenging route. Well organised and nice to have home made cakes at rest stops. I failed to manage to book in on line-suspect more a reflection on me! Great facilities at start and finish.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first sportive . All the volunteers were very friendly. Glad I used my cyclocross bike due to the surface of the lanes. Gorgeous route though because of this. Just a couple of occasions could have done with warning signs prior to junctions to avoid shooting over roads which I did on one occasion. Thanks again

Route, organisation, facilities and support all excellent. Ludlow CC riders very friendly and supportive. A very enjoyable ride. It would be nice to have some savoury food at the feed stops, e.g. quiche. However the cakes were very nice!
