Enjoyable event. Beautiful, quiet countryside and a wonderful course, if painful in the second half! Through spectacular part of the country. All helped by some great weather .... first time had a tanline since offroading December 2011, when the weatehr was fabulous! There were more flies then too (Hmmm nice).
Positives: Friendly, well signposted, good personal facilities at base. Small number of riders.
Negatives: Long long way to first feed stop on Epic. Gels only, no feed solution or powders at feedstop. Parking insufficient at base ....but I reckon that we would have been on spare pitches but for the recent very wet weather making everything a quagmire, so understand.
In all good fun and worth a look again next year.
