Great event, nicely organised and very friendly staff. My first 100mile plus event so not sure what feed stations are normally like, but was so impressed with the food/drink the organisers had for us. Overall a great day and from personal experience, highly recommend for the novice/new cyclist wanting their first 100mile challenge!

Great day, Great ride, only low point was the bike return service, my bike got damaged. We were in the process of packing the bikes up with lagging to protect the frames and one of the organizer's said not to bother as the bikes were wrapped up in blankets and perfectly safe (he actually said not to be so anal as the bikes would be perfectly looked after).I now have the aggro of trying to get carbon fibre frame and forks repaired.

In summary:

10 out of 10 to the Action100 team, shame about the return service, I should have gone with my gut instinct and packed my bike myself.

Very well ran event, wouldn't change much about it. Maybe change the colour of the signage, the yellow background tended to blend in with signs for new housing estates that are being built.

Amazing organisation, the lunch was exceptional!! Loads of feed stops. You get your moneys worth and you are doing your bit for a great charity of course. Signage was excellent and there are plenty of people looking out for you.
Great views across Box hill and then Silbury and Marlborough was a treat.
The one negative is the route is pretty flat and once near London its a suburban trip through housing estates - not so inspiring. - but nevermind most of it is good and its nice to say you have cycled to London for charity!

The most amazingly well organised event ever. I just can't fault any bit of the organisation of it in any way. Not the most scenic route ever, and it's not timed either - so take your computer! .
But the organisation was something else. _7_ feed stops - one of which included a good looking lunch (though I only had a quick snack). You dropped a bag off on registration, and it was there waiting for you at the finish. You dropped your bike off at the end, got on the bus back to the start, and picked up your bike the next day in the same condition as you left it. All completely no hassle.
It was all so slick - and a welcome change to some of the companies who run sportives who do the bear minimum to get your money.
