Previous Years Rating: 91.1% based on 8 reviews

The Hertfordshire 100 sportive has probably some of the nicest scenery and rolling countryside roads in England, and is just outside of London. Most of the cyclists from the surrounding areas flock to this area to take in the quiet, rural roads that are coupled with demanding hill climbs to satisfy all types of rider.

Tour de France Legend Phil Liggett has also confirmed he will be riding it as SportiveUK are firmly behind the Helping Rhinos charity - one which Phil will be riding for. He'll also be setting off proceedings on the day to get you syced up for what will be a great day.

The HQ is minutes away from the M25 Junction 24 or for those on Public Transport Potters Bar station is very close with regular trains from London.

32 Miles:

This is a great route for the beginner or someone entering their first sportive. Anyone looking to get involved in the Hertfordshire 100 and hasn't quite got the legs for the longer rides, this is for you.

The 100km route (actually 64 miles) will take you further out onto the quiet, rolling countryside roads of Hertfordshire towards Tewin and Ardeley. The stunning route with undulating hills creates a tougher challenge for those looking to feel the burn in their legs.

100 Miles:

The 100 miler will be the ultimate test of stamina, a good level of fitness will be required. This route takes in the same route as the 100km but heads out towards Much Hadam and Bishops Stortford to add another 40 miles of beautiful countryside. The steep hills of 'Little Switzerland' will be your final test. Enter the full Hundred! The glory you'll experience will be worth it.
