It's my 3rd year riding this excellent sportive.
The rote is excellent: Tan Hill, Fleet Moss & the stinger that is Park Rash.
The RCC is a great club, the facilities at Richmond School are ideal and the Feed stops really well stocked with Bananas, Flapjack, Cordial, Pasties & Jelly Babies.
I really hope that you don't ramp up the entry fee and become like Wiggle have done with their events....... keep this one SPECIAL.
I'm already thinking about next year...... it is tough & I'm nearly 50!

Fantastic countryside, a great sense of achievement, great facilities & on the 3rd year of my taking part............ Sunny Skies :--)

Well Done, yet again Richmond Cycling Club.

A very well organised event in a stunning area and to top it off, perfect weather as well. The route was very tough in places; steep climbs and descents, I thought I was used to hills, living in the Scottish Borders, until I was reminded just how steep the Dales roads can be. HQ only gets 9 out of 10 as there was no loo roll in the toilets!

Great sportive and excellent value for money. Not being familiar with the area I thought the route was exceptional, mainly traffic free in a stunning area for cycling. Very well organised and great facilities. The weather made it just about perfect, I do echo a point made earlier by someone else that a couple more signs would have been beneficial. I'm not aware of anyone going wrong but there were large stretches of road when I didn't see any other entrants and a having a sign would have been reassuring. Will be back next year, hopefully with a few extra fellow riders. Thanks to all involved.

Fantastic day. Great and testing route - silver is a real challenge for the ageing cyclist of medium ability... one day. Utterly stunning area (I could go on here but there would be no room for other comments). Excellent base, parking, organisaton and facilities. Thanks guys. This is a 'must do' on my calendar.

Very well organised event. Feed stations, timing points, nicely spaced apart. Ample provisions at the feed stations.
Friendly atmosphere throughout.
Signage was clear, although on long stretches maybe adding some signage to reinforce your still on the correct route.
The route and climbing is undoubtedly on par with the Fred Whitton and Ryedale Rumble.
Thanks for a great day Richmond CC.

Once again excellent event arranged by Richmond CC,well done to the organisers for arranging detour due to last minute road closure notice, maybe they could include Buttertubs on future routes?
Great vfm cannot understand how it does not attract more riders.
DNF this year due to accident but already looking forward to next years event

The usual well organised event in beautiful countryside. Friendly support staff and good food at the stops. Arguably the best value event on the calendar!

My first time riding this event. The organisation was faultless and the whole experience was memorable, including the impromptu diversion over Buttertubs pass! Would recommend this to anyone who wants spectacular scenery and some fantastic climbs.

Another superb event, friendly, well-organised, and through brilliant scenery. Only regret is that circumstances dictated me riding the 50:- the 80 (and presumably 100) are much superior courses in terms of variety and scenery

Brilliant ride. Well organised, well signed. The food at the stops was spot on. Despite the diversion reducing the overall length of the 100, the butter tubs pass was an added "bonus".

Hard to fault this event. A tough, scenic route, wheel stocked feeds, friendly and well organised. If I were being picky I would have liked to receive the information email a bit more in advance of the event. Good value at £15 and I hope Richmond CC's requests for voluntary donations met with a good response.

Did every thing it needed to do well, well signed, plenty of food, accurate timing and didn't try to do anything you don't need like t shirts and closed roads. Well priced excellent event.

Great event as ever from this club, probably because its run by a club and not some for profit organisation with no idea about cycling.

Top route, well sign posted, great feed stops, shiney new HQ, plenty of parking and friendly volunteers. Without a doubt my favourite sportive.
