it was such a beautiful day weather wise and it truly showed Pembrokeshire off at it's best. the range of entrants also showed that it was for all to enjoy and everyone was very friendly that I passed or was passed by.

A perfect sportive in stunning surroundings. Course perfectly designed (initial 8 to 10 miles straightforward to get you warmed up before the climbing starts and the final 15 miles relatively level). This was my first sportive (the 100 miler); I'm now looking at doing another this year but to be honest after this I'm not sure how anything could match it. I'm from Derbyshire and I made a long weekend of it with my girlfriend, so could also spend some leisure time walking along the coastal path. Many thanks to everyone involved in organising this (and also fellow riders to allow for group suffering on the climbs)

The tour of Pembrokeshire was by far the best organised, most scenic and toughest event i have taken part in. Every corner i went around i was left speechless by the various views over Pembrokeshire- i want to go back out and do the same route again tomorrow (if my legs allow). Without doubt i will be taking part again next year and will recommend to everyone i know with a bike

Great event tho some of the small signs were easily missed by quite a few riders. All large yellow would have been much better. The food stops were ok if you liked soreen and welsh cakes but there was a good number of them.Only saw one mobile marshall on the road during the whole 100m but on a more positive note the route was spectacular, the weather was kind, the marshalls on the feed stations were great and the event base was fantastic, well organised with a lovely atmosphere. Tough course but would do again.

Great start finish location.
Friendly and efficient staff and helpers.
Potentially good event spoilt by a dangerous course.
Tour of Pembroke turned out to be Head down in Pembroke.
427 - I will not be back in 2013 if the course stays the same.

Excellent if very tough sportive. The climbs were brutal and unrelenting whilst the descents were outstanding with amazing views out to sea and over the county!

Excellent event with stunning views of Pembrokeshire.

the 100 mile route was extremely challenging both on the climbs which in parts were brutal and relentless but also the descents which were technical in parts due to the sheer gradients but also the loose gravel and mud on the road. The descent off the prescelli mountains was a joy with speeds over 49 mph.

The signage could have been a little better with some larger signs and advance warning of junctions/ feedstations rather than when you were upon them.

The timing chips were good which gave instant results on the finish although the average was worked out on the 100 miles when the route was longer than this which brought your average down.

The massage at the end was excellent and worth the extra £5, i have to thank Lucy for managing to get the cramps out of my legs!

Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed the event and look forward to next year.

Hi, just wanted to show my appreciation to all those involved with putting this event on. Did the 75 mile route, very hard but very satisfying with scenery to die for! Much better route than last years 64 miler although the weather might play a part in that.
It was great having the live timing at the end. Also the event centre was so nice and it was a great idea finishing past the old cathederal, really showed St. Davids at it's best. Only minor points which could be improved are more toilets at the start area and I didn't see anywhere displaying the results of the hill climb time trial which kind of defeats the object of having it. Oh also at the end, a bowl of pasta would be much more preferable than a bowl of cawl!!
Overall a great day and will come back next year and bring some friends with me if it's a similar route.
Thank you all so much
