Well organised, friendly volunteers & excellent cause.
Perhaps another drinks stop for the 100km course after Astwood Bank?

Once again a great event blessed with wonderful weather. Congratulations to all those involved in the organisation, looking forward to next years event already. (Hopefully without the Birmingham Velo on the same day).

A great achievement raising more money than any previous year despite many riders taking part in the Velo, who would otherwise have ridden the TGC.

Excellent Event overall.
Two comments on the 100k course.
1) too many big hills in the last third
2) The route back to the Hospice through central Solihull at 13:00 clashes with busy traffic.

Very good event ridden for my third time this year (100K). Timing chips worked well. The last two miles or so are always a bit of a nightmare with the very heavy traffic around the centre of Solihull, could you reroute this section please?

Did the 30k family ride with the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Only comment is last mile or so was on a busy road into Solihull which the girls weren't to keen on. The lovely cakes back at the hospice more than made up for it though!

A fantastic day. First time I've ridden this event but have done many others. This easily had the best signage of any event I've ridden, the white arrows on burgandy background we're very distinctive and noticeable. Thanks to all and definitely see you next year.

Well organised event and very enjoyable to participate. An excellent route, which for me was practically traffic free in the main.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have done the Tommy Godwin & I absolutely love it. I especially liked the 70 k this time. The route is great & takes you through lovely villages & countryside. There is a great atmosphere along the way with yummy homemade cakes at the feed stop & when you get back to the hospice. Well done Sarah & your team of helpers. Will definitely do it again .

First sportive, thoroughly enjoyed it. Second half had more climbs but it wouldn't have been a challenge if it was flat! Volunteers and riders extremely helpful/friendly. Could do with the Birmingham Velo being on a different weekend as I know a few people who would have done the TGC had they not been at the Velo.

Only gripes were signage and that two food/drink stops would be good for a 100km distance - but thoroughly enjoyable and would do it again
