Great event.

Such a shame it attracts so few women - it would be great if this could be improved.

This was my first time doing the White Horse Challenge and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was the friendliest sportive I have taken part in, with people spread out along the route cheering us on and giving encouragement, something not often seen these days. Riders were also friendly, and some even made nice comments about my retro kit! The route was fantastic, very scenic throughout with some mighty tough climbs thrown in to remind you of the events name!! HQ was friendly and well organised, plus there was a great reception at the finish. I enjoyed this event so much that I think it will become a regular event in my annual cycling calendar 😊😊

Excellent organisation, slick at the start, very friendly and well stocked feed stations, and the ride is what it says on the tin, a challenge.

I had no experience of SAG wagon so cannot evaluate it - I think this question should have an N/A option.

But an excellent event, very well organised - many thanks.

A friendly, well organised event. The course is a challenge, as the name suggests, but the scenery is beautiful. This is a refreshing antidote to some of the larger events, which can feel rather corporate. In contrast this feels like a welcoming, local event. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an early season ride.

Great day out, really good ride, I love a challenge and this was the perfect mix of a beautiful course with some great challenge points. Everyone was really friendly and the course was cleverly designed to keep you off major roads wherever possible.

Very impressed with helpful and friendly staff, and although I didn't need any help, I noticed plenty of support vehicles and marshall's along the route.
The route itself was the toughest ride i had done. I said to myself that I would not do this again, but on reflection, I probably would with a better approach to prepare.
I have given a 10/10 on everything about the WHC because I cannot find any faults at all. Even the weather was perfect, so many thanks to all who put this sportive together and hope to be back for next year.
I have already recommended this event to relatives and friends who i know would relish these sort of rides.

Great route, but it would be even better if we were able to avoid the longish stretches on the A4 into and A361 out of Avebury. Choppingknife Lane from Marlborough is very tight with no passing places for much if it's length - couple of close shaves with oncoming cars

I have marked down on the Signage (which was excellent) because I used the link provided to download a GPX file of the course which right from the start my Garmin was telling me that I was off-course.
On review of the site after the event I found that there were actually three different versions of the GPX file available for download and all different!
