The best sportive I've done in the UK, depite being the hardest course I've done in the UK. Maybre Fred Whitton harder, who knows, not me. This one puts a few other 'big' sportioves to shame.

Hard but enjoyable ride, there were no Marshalls on the route apart from at feed stations and timing points

A great event and I will be back next year. Additions of hill markers were an excellent idea for this year's event. I would like some more photographs - perhaps more photographers posted in other scenic areas apart from just Langbar? Otherwise excellent.

A great event through some superb Dales scenery. Well signposted, good selection of food at the feed-stations and fabulous atmosphere post ride back the HQ. I particularly liked the marker posts on the major climbs, with distance to the summit and average gradient shown - gave the ride a real continental feel.

Superbly organised event. Recommending it to anyone who will listen. First time for me, not my last! A couple of signs missing or obscured but aside from that excellent.

A fantastic event, brilliantly organised. I did it last year on a cold and windy day, and this year on a roasting hot day. On both occasions the organisers made suitable adaptations, for example this year providing sunscreen. The face book page set up for the event generated a real cycling community, so for example riders could post questions and either organisers or other riders would help answer.

Excellent course only let down by the last feed station being slightly too far from the last one. 10 miles to far IMO.
