The Tour of Flanders (De Ronde van Vlaanderen ) is without a doubt one of the biggest sporting events in Belgium. On the day before, all biking lovers will have the chance to get a sneak preview of the atmosphere at this biking event. The ultimate challenge is to cover the 260 kilometers that the professionals will have completed one day later. But you can also get to know the 140- and 75-kilometer loops together with some pretty tough hills.

Start location and hours
START

1. Market Square Bruges

Cyclo 260 km: 7am - 8.30am

2. Provincial Technical Institute (PTI), Centrumlaan 160, Ninove

Cyclo 150 km: 7am - 10am
Cyclo 75 km: 7am - 2pm
MTB 30-55 km: PTI Ninove between 7am - 2pm
MTB 75 km: PTI Ninove between 7am - 12pm
MTB 100km: PTI Ninove between 7am - 10pm

ARRIVAL

PTI - Ninove

The last check point will be closed at 7pm. If you arrive here later, you're no longer an official participant and you will be obligated to follow the shortest road (= by means of N8) to the finish. The finish in Ninove will be closed officially at 8pm.
Toilets
We kindly request you to respect the traffic code and not to urinate in public. You can find a sufficient number of toilets at every refreshment station and at the top of every climb. The police will punish those who do not respect this code of conduct.

Ninove-Bruges shuttle service
A shuttle bus is laid on for participants in the 260 km from Ninove to Bruges. This bus leaves at 05:30 a.m. sharp from the Provincial Technical Institute of Ninove and transports you, and your cycle, to Bruges for the price of 15
