This is a well organised event, that takes the rider through some of Essex's prettiest villages. It's well signposted, with support out on the route and the feed stations have great selection of food and drink and really supportive volunteers.

Fantastic experience as my 1st sportive event. The information in the lead up was simple and concise. The day itself was well supported by voluteers who made you feel very welcome. The feeding stations were well stocked and evenly spaced out. Signeage was excellent - I didn't get lost!

I have been away from cycling for 33 years and after three months back in the saddle this was my first ever sportive. I thoroughly enjoyed this event and will definitely ride it again and more events with Action Medical as we were made to feel very well looked after and appreciated with the best feed stations I have come across yet on an event.The course was challenging and scenic and the support teams couldnt have been more friendly and encouraging.
