From Technopark, cyclists doing the 100 km route go through Stellenbosch to tackle the climb over Helshoogte. Descend through Pniel past Boschendal to the T-junction (be careful on the railway lines). Cyclists will now turn left onto the R45 and go towards Paarl. Cross the N1 bridge and continue along the Agterpaarl road before taking the R44 towards Wellington.
